About Us
Goodrich Renovations has been doing remodeling and additions since 1998. We are a licensed, bonded and insured private contractor for the state of Oregon. We have a specific group of highly trusted sub-contractors who we have been working alongside with for many years. The plumber, floor and dry-wall sub-contractors have been part of the Goodrich Renovations family since the company began over 18 years ago.
Goodrich Renovations makes it a priority to strictly follow any and all state building codes and regulations, along with striving to maintain the highest quality of work possible to ensure that work done maintains its integrity and appearance for longer than you plan to live.

Goodrich just finished remodeling our bathroom and upgrading plumbing and electrical in our Mid Century home. Her team is top drawer: plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile and carpentry all hardworking and did absolutely perfect work. Barb and her trades do quality work that I can trust. I am very particular in my design taste and Barb is happy to accommodate. I don't bother with getting the stanard three bids for a project anymore. She's my go-to for any construction project because I trust her and she can do it all and do it well.

Barb is absolutely amazing! After hiring a handyman who said he knew how to do some work on a pocket door, then refused to when he arrived as he did not know how, we were concerned about it happening again. I was able to send her pictures and she immediately knew how to address the problem, and did so quickly and efficiently when she arrived!
